Julia, Rome’s premier virtual assistant

Since March 7, “Julia” has been available for the app and website, the virtual assistant developed by the Municipality of Rome Capital, to help citizens, tourists and pilgrims move around the city of Rome. The new digital platform, to simplify access to public services, is available on https://julia.comune.roma.it/en/ and allows citizens to manage administrative practises, consult services and receive updates in real time.

During the Jubilee, in particular, Julia provides essential information for pilgrims, such as directions on hotels and overnight services, waiting times for buses, trains and all public transport, planes and taxi fares. In addition, it is possible to find directions on places where to eat based on the area in which you are located, the type and the budget.
